Gia K. Schneider received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1993 and her Juris Doctor Degree from Boston University School of Law in 1999. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before attending law school, Ms. Schneider worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor in Northern and Southern California.

Ms. Schneider is a member of the State Bar of California, Santa Clara County Bar Association/Workers’ Compensation Division, Bar Association of San Francisco, and South Bay Industrial Claims Association. Ms. Schneider served as the Defense Co-Chair of the Santa Clara County Bar Association/Workers’ Compensation Division from November of 2002 through November of 2003. She is a Shareholder in our San Jose office.
